These terms apply when you use Wellread (“we”, “us”). Wellread is run by 10x Agents, Inc.; your receipts carry that company’s name, and your card statement says WELLREAD. By using Wellread, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.
The service
Wellread is an AI visibility audit. You enter your company’s website. Wellread reads the site’s public pages and asks ChatGPT and Gemini the kinds of questions your buyers ask about your market. The result is a report: whether AI answers name your company, who they name instead, and what to change.
Your account
You sign in with your Google account. You’re responsible for what happens in your workspace, so keep your Google account secure.
Websites you audit
Only audit websites you own or are authorised to audit.
Plans
Your first audit is free, and its report stays open to you. New audits need a subscription. A subscription is billed monthly through Stripe, includes 12 audits in any 30 days plus one a week that runs by itself, and can be cancelled at any time; it then runs to the end of the month already paid for. Audits that don’t finish don’t count toward your plan.
Paying for a subscription
- The price is the one shown in Settings and at checkout when you subscribe, in US dollars. If tax applies where you are, checkout shows it before you pay.
- You’re charged when you subscribe and then on the same day each month, until you cancel.
- A launch discount, when one is shown, applies to payments dated before the date shown with it. Later payments are at the full price.
- If a payment fails, the card is tried again and we email the workspace’s owner. If it still fails, the subscription ends and the workspace goes back to the free plan: your reports and drafts stay open, and new audits need a subscription. Nothing is deleted.
- If we change the price, we’ll email the workspace’s owner at least 30 days before it applies to you.
Cancelling
The workspace’s owner can cancel at any time from Settings. Cancelling stops the next payment; the subscription runs to the end of the month already paid for, and then the workspace goes back to the free plan. Your reports and drafts stay open; new audits need a subscription.
Refunds
- Payments aren’t refunded, and we don’t refund part of a month when you cancel: you keep what you paid for until that month ends.
- A charge made by mistake is put right: if you were charged twice, or charged after you cancelled, write to us and that payment goes back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

What a report is, and isn’t
Reports are produced with AI engines and measure what they answered at one point in time. AI answers vary from one run to the next, and change as the engines change. Treat a report as guidance, not a guarantee of how AI engines will describe or recommend your company.
Acceptable use
Don’t:
- abuse the service, or use it to harm others or break the law;
- scrape Wellread, or use it to collect data at scale;
- reverse engineer Wellread, or try to get around its limits or security.
Suspension
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
No warranty
Wellread is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that reports will be accurate or complete.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits, revenue or data, or for decisions you make based on a report. Our total liability for any claim about Wellread is limited to the amount you paid us for Wellread in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. When we do, we’ll update them on this page and change the date at the top. If you keep using Wellread after a change, the new terms apply.
